Slow Netflix and High Ping

@Amitbitm yeah slow netflix is troubling a lot. BTW, how did you find the streaming quality of netflix on TV? On laptop, for me its 720p resolution.

I'm on 10mbps plan and weirdly, on tv it gets 45mbps on Netflix's in built speed test.
I have a wierd bug though, twice or thrice a day the speeds on every platform would be reduced to just meer 512kbps(I have yet to figure out if something on my network is downloading files or not) but when I do speedtest on railtel server, the speed would be 512kbps, but when I hit speedtest again, magically the speeds would become normal. This is so wierd bug that I can't even explain this to railtel.

And update.
After bunch of complaining, my pings are now stable, no speed issue apart from mentioned above since last 3-4 days. Lets hope this streaks continues for me.

@yr_1009 Their ping seems to have improved a lot for now. However, I face packet loss and connectivity issues even now from mid night to about 10 AM in the morning.

Asked my MSP, he said, gaming issues will be solved in 2-3 weeks.

My TV has info button, which says the stream quality and speed used .

As you can see, Netflix won't use beyond 5mbps hence video quality is limited to 1080p.

4k streaming requires atleast 7.62mbps

On any Android TV, you can press F4 to show the stats. There's a workaround if you don't have a physical keyboard too.

So I had a word with Bihar Jharkhand MSP and he has forwarded the issue to the Kolkata NOC- "Slow speed on Windows (Down/Up issue with few servers like Netflix and just Upload for others), whereas on Android, Mac and Linux it's working fine". He said both Bihar and Jharkhand users are affected.

Yes. I am not experiencing any issues with CODM. Even the ping has improved. Earlier it was 60-70 ms, but now its 45-50 ms
