@ginzon Just file a complaint and get BSNL or LCO on the loop whichever you think is accountable for this ....Until then maybe you should consider downgrading to 30Mbps 449 Plan if u are constantly near getting near 10Mbps

What are the ping values that you are getting during this 2hr period of slow internet speeds ?

The reason I asked this is because a few months back even I was facing this issue and usually the slow speeds were due to very high ping values in my case. It took a good 4months time and possibly a word with everyone in BSNL's top management right from my city till Delhi and NIB in Bangalore to get the issue sorted, which was actually due to some tech glitch in our city. And which the local NIB guy never even acknowledged leave alone resolving it.

@harshvkrm 10-20 Ping to banglore from my city during afternoon (everything shows fine the download, upload, ping ) but if i download something it will download at 200kbps & even less ( during afternoon).

I did not know...is it confirmed...? That would be good if ACT comes in(their routing is good) ...but they are too late . Airtel and JioFiber have already taken over in major parts of the city . BSNL fiber has also expanded quite in areas Krishi and Basaveshwar Nagar .
And as per forum the ACT plans are not 3300GB fup right ?

I would have gone with Airtel/Jio Fiber but its geographically not feasible for them lay cable in my area

ya i contacted airtel/jio they said even airtel copper line wont come to my area. airtel told me to take 4500rs hotspot LoL.

Its just simply increasing load on Mobile Network without getting the speed. These days it is a bit better for Cellular networks. When the lockdown started in March , the Cellular network almost crippled down. I got 2 second pings to Zoom 🤣and 50% packet losses on Airtel 4G
