Hi Friends,I was recently facing a slow speed issue with my BSNL plan. Even though I am on UL 750, yet I found that the speed had considerable dropped compared to what it was a few weeks back. So I had lodged a complaint with the toll-free no of BSNL Broadband. Today I received a call from the BB Helpdesk and the guy told me that at present everyone, infact all customers of BSNL Kolkata BB are facing the same slow speed issue. He said he had no idea when it would be resolved. He also mentioned that it would continue like this for some more days...!
