Slow speed on Airtel Xstream Fiber in Bengaluru since 17th Dec.

I have 300Mbps connection but I am barely getting 20-30Mbps on all devices even with LAN cable from router.

Ran a ping test and it seems like there's a lot of packet loss (around 20-30%).

Strange thing is when I enable NordVPN in my laptop, the internet speed turns out to be 200-300 Mbps in Ookla Speedtest.

Seems like a routing issue to me. Who can help me fix that or is it something else?

Obviously, only Airtel.

2. Raise ticket through Airtel App
