So I recently got new 300mbps connection from OneBroadband and the operator installed XC220-G3v but it gives me only 60-70mbps whereas when i connect my archer c6 via lan to XC220-G3v, it gives me around 280mbps...

I'm unable to figure out who's the culprit....
The operator is just making excuses for WiFi limitations and told me to check Wired speeds (Which I can't since i'll be using laptops and mobiles only)

Firmware is updated, WiFi is on "High" transmission mode, Link speeds are 433 and 866 on laptop/mobile resp.

To which band of XC220-G3v are you connecting ? 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz ,If its 2.4Ghz make sure your Bluetooth is turned of as it interferes with 2.4Ghz frequency.
Also play around with wifi channels ,Congested channels can lower speeds.

@Satya97 I'm connected to 5Ghz band and only my network is in surrounding... there too i played with different channels on 5Ghz with channel width too but nothing helped

I believe its just poor hardware implementation by TP-Link, Anyone using this TPLink XC220-3Gv V2 reply w your experience and speeds

Even when i try to ping the router, it is like 1ms for 10-15pings then it'll be like 40ms for 4-5pings

Pinging w XC220-G3v on WiFi

Pinging w Archer C6 connected to XC220-G3v via CAT6 cable (Laptop is connected via WiFi) and both routers are at same place in line of sight.

@Satya97 Just spoke to the operator guy he's like you're getting speeds on archer c6 (wifi) so input is all fine and about xc220 being directly used (wifi) not getting speeds he's like wifi me loss hota hai sir.... :)
And he cant provide me another unit since their "system" allots router with mac and serials :) another excuse

Update after 35+ Days : (I'm on 300mbps plan)

After a lot of combination trials, I get most optimal (comparatively) bandwidth, ping, jitter and everything when i use XC220 as Bridge and let Archer C6 manage everything.

But one thing I'm very skeptical about is Bandwidth Quality from OneBroadband... The speed fluctuation is from their side the range of Download speeds vary from 70mbps-300mbps (Most of the time below 150mbps), Upload seems fine (always 250mbps+). I've even raised complain personally with LCO and on portal but it is of no use.
LCO told me they're using 10gb SFP so it is not an issue of heavy load (Which i believe since i get 110mbps even past midnight)

Earlier my Rx power was around -12.04dBM but since some days it has gone upto -24dBm when informed LCO he told me it's alright till -30dBm.

-24dBm is fine right? the lower the better but i've seen people using worse dbm.....

I don't think i can recommend OneBroadband at this point.
Also OneBroadband provides static ip on yearly basis only, it'll cost around Rs 1700 per year.... you can't get it even for ping trials or to check if things actually improve or not... you pay 1700 and it's all based on your luck if things improve or go more south.

I have 500Mbps plan, while I had speed issues with dynamic IP, it got better with Static IP.

For the past 3 weeks, between 7-10PM speeds are very slow at about 30Mbps~.
I am hoping that the speed issue will resolve once I ask them to move me to Tata Transit, but I am unsure about it as Tata is not good with International Traffic.

Directly peered servers, like Cloudflare and Google works fine.
