It's been 7 days since I'm facing this issue.
I raised a Service Request, the technician visited and had a word with the team leader regarding the issue.
They said that everything is fine from their end and there's no technical issue as well.
My router got replaced today but I'm still facing the same issue.
They spliced the fiber in the JC box 7 days ago, can it be the cause of it if they didn't do it properly or if there's high splice loss?
Edit: I was earlier using the Dasan H660GM-A. Today they installed Genexis Titanium-2122A
