I have 300mbps plan, and I get 320-360Mbps across all speedtesting platforms, but upload speed seems to be less, I am observing this since a few weeks, any solution?

On 200 plan, 240 Dl and upload fluctuates between 150-200. Looks like they are not prioritising upload these days.

@Ajay15 Looks like there is not enough bandwidth from your Local Server to provide you full 300MBPS Upload speed.
Try to contact your Local Customer Care to get it resolved. Or can ask the reason for low Upload speed since few weeks as you said.

@Ajay15 I suspect you are using wifi to check speeds. If so it is not a valid test and you should check using a LAN connection.

Here is an upload speedtest to a public iperf server using LAN. Even though it is based in France i get more than my plan speed of 100 mbps.

Code:
$ iperf3 -c iperf3.moji.fr -R
Connecting to host iperf3.moji.fr, port 5201
Reverse mode, remote host iperf3.moji.fr is sending

Thank you all of you for replying to this thread with your valuable comments.
I have already raised a request with Airtel regarding the same few days ago, but no response from them so far.
@rajil.s yes, I am using Wi-Fi 6 router to test speeds wirelessly, one thing is not clear, if I am getting 300+ Down, 300 for upload shouldnt be a problem even if its wifi. I will check through Lan Cable once the USB C to Ethernet adaptor comes.

@Rickysin I dont think its an hardware issue, I changed Lan Port from LAN1 to LAN4. Last I rebooted ONT was 15 days ago, and the reason for reboot was the same as now. I dont think rebooting it again will fix the issue. And even if rebooting fixes it for some time, its not a permanent fix. ONT seems not to have an issue with memory and cpu bottleneck, I mentioned a pic for that. I will again raise a request with Airtel and see what they have to say this time.

I forgot to mention, ONT is in bridge mode, and Mikrotik router is being used for PPPoE connectivity and mikrotik gets public IP directly from Airtel's side.
