Slowdown Uploading While Downloading

Hello all, Need some help, I have 512KbSec Airtel ADSL and my downloading speed is 70 to 80kb sec and uploading is 60 to 70 kb sec sometimes 80kb sec but the main problem is that when i start downloading somthing my download speed goes fine but upload slow downs to 10 to 15kb sec?Is there any solution? any help Please??? airtel has reduced upload speeds.I guess the reason could be cuz of p2p.You should file an RTI asking them what what speed restrictions measure they are applying in p2p.I have a vuze pluging which says that airtel is reseting packets.FOr this they are liable to be sued.They wont tell you on the phone.The only way is to confront them through RTI and saying that i have proof that your are resetting packets.

download at full speed will def affect upload and sameway upload at full speed def affects download (torrent users wud know this.)
