Solution for USB Tethering stability and battery life

It's the same actually. No really, it's the same.

So after some involved testing here's what I have:

NDIS 6.x improves everything, but only with normal browsing. If you start increasing the number of connections (torrenting/p2p) the phone discharges within the 4-5 hours from before, but for Youtube/email/single steam downloads the phone doesn't discharge at all and even charges sometimes.
 
That's what. It's not the same driver.

the files used is rndismp6.sys and usb80236.sys for V6 driver
For V5, it uses usb8023x.sys

Done. To verify right click on Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device in Device Manager again and then click on properties->Driver->Driver Details. It should look like this:

That's why I said maybe the RNDIS6 drivers included in Win7 are not mature enough. If you look at the screenshot from my tut it's clearly RNDIS6 drivers being used.
 
Another of those Microsoft fails! Why force problematic V5 driver on us when a better V6 driver exists?

Have you found any other 3rd party driver we can install?
