Some channels not working

Hi. I have a silver package of dish TV. 2 weeks back, some of my channels (SAB TV, Star Movies, Star Gold etc...) stopped working. My antena is connected properly. Even after refreshing, I am not able to connect the same. Even the help line is not helpful. what i understnad is, i need to set my LNB frequency properly. Can some one advice me on the same.

From the above channels Star Movies is not a part of Silver Pack,Its Better if you can List the name of exact channels in which you are facing problem. So that members here would be able to help you.
