Some eu ping is fixed but Europe is still giving me high pings on some servers.

this is the final fantasy 14 eu server, still 250 ping.

this is the tracert for it, notice the instant 325 ms.
when I ip lookup that server

its an airtel server, right here itself in mumbai, giving us high pings.
I do not know how to convey this to airtel to fix.
Please help

For reference my ping used to be 120.

That's what I'm getting, definitely weird to have an Indian server with such high ping.
