Hello Guys,I would like to ask you guys some questionsFirst, here is my situation:I am a Reliance broadband user - 2 MBPS Postpaid. I am regular with my bills and all. From March-13 I am getting High Pings and low speed during the day time. I am a gamer, who plays battlefield 3, in tournaments and all. Reliance has made my life hell. I cant perform in any of the games. To give you guys what I feel, here is a link to my LAGGY Experience with Relaince.
Every time I call them, they give me a new date. They say that it will be fixed by then. But it never does. I am still have this problem. Here is a list of problems that I face during 11 AM to 9PM1) high latency.. to indian IPs. I get around 250 ping to google.com2) heavy packet loss. around 50% sometimes.3) low speed. Going down to 256 KBPS.4) irregularity among receiving packets - one packets come in random order. Which is certainly not desirable when playing games. I would like to inquire about a few things here...1) Can I drag reliance to consumer court? Demanding refund? i.e. I pay for 2MBPS 24x7. But i dont get it... I am not aware of all the rules here. Can this thing turn around and bite me in the ass?2) Any one else facing this problem? Are there any methods to solve this?
