Some sites not working on BSNL FFTH, any ideas?

Have you been facing this issue since Feb 9th that was your initial post of this problem???

yeah its been happening since 1st week of February. LCO technician says format the PC

Format the PC?! LOL! I remember BSNL babus telling me the same when I complained of low speed some time back haha.

But maybe it's a local problem on your PC too - have you tried on another device like mobile phone?

Ask your LCO to bring a different modem for temporary testing to see if it's a modem problem like OP?

try changing DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
for me also some were not working but after changing DNS its working

This is happening with me since yesterday. Many sites show timed out and YouTube, Gaana , Amazon Video keep buffering. But speed tests show 30+ mbps.
