Somebody use my intenet and BSNL even not help me to reset my password ?

on 30 Jul to 12 Aug I was out from the home and nobody can use my internet. I have everything packed and machine I take with myself.
I see that someone use 6 GB of my internet during these 12 days. on 15 Auguest I was out from the home and I see someone use my internet at 7 o clock and download 600 MB approx.
someone use my internet. I got 3.5 As plan of 4 MBPS but most of time I use approx 512,256. I tried to report it but they didn't change my password.
when I go to BSNL site it's tell me to fill the email id that end with @bsnl.co.in I don't get any email Id like this.
How I can reset my password. I call 1504 and 1507 but it's never got accepted. Do someone know how to get it solved.

Tried visiting your local exchange?

Give a written complaint at local exchange. See if your line has any breaks, if yes, get it corrected.

How come anybody has tapped your line, Knows your username and password ??? knows when you are not at home.
you need to check if some one in your home or from neighbors have access to your computer/router.
If you are having open network (non WEP or WPA Secured wifi) then someone has broken into your system and may have take note of user/password then tapped a parallel line from your place/nearby open location and used at his place, but this being so difficult in reality that you need to carefuly check before jumping on to any conclusion.
Having a open wifi and router login details as admin/admin may be a cause for all the un-authorized usage.

Actually 3 guys know the password.
1. the person who are work in BSNL and go to every person and tell him their username & password.
2. The technical guys who recieve my call at BSNL also know my password. Last time I have a password that is not "password" and he reset the password when it's not work.
WOW, your trick is working. I am able to reset my password. I have trouble like this from March. Now it's solved.
