Loudspeaker sound is not great either, in order to make the phone water proof/resistant they might have sacrificed a few things.
But, low screen quality with such a high resolution can be a deal breaker for sure.
1080p is still a fantastic resolution. Someone upgrading from a featurephone or a low end Android device would not mind much considering the other benefits.
Point is, when you use a feaurephone you can be careless.
Smarphones, that too high end touch screen smartphones are delicate,
so people upgrading from a feature phone can take a sigh of relief that's it can bear some carelessness.
