I got banned!
This guy from HDFC got my number from somewhere, I think from the bank itself, as i have an account with them, and keeps sms-ing about personal loans etc.. when i called back and told him to stop, he says you he is only sms-ing and not calling, and thus not doing anything illegal 
1. Call back this guy from a landline and pretend that you are a police officer and ask him to report to the nearest police station.
2. Take screenshots/photos of his sms and email to HDFC marking a copy to TRAI !
3. Fill that person's mobile number on random idiotic websites as revenge!
