speakers connected to tata sky stb

i had opened a similar thread earlier but did not get the wanted replies.I think so the main problem was because of the title of the thread


Anyways,my problem is that i have a frontech 5.1 channel amplifier which i used to connect to my computer.But now i want to connect to my tv,so i would like to know if it is possible to connect the amplifier to the Tata Sky stb??????????

if yes then how?

I think, it will not work properly.Is your 5.1 has any two input, rather than 5 input?

Frontech 5.1 channel amplifier works properly if the input is through 5 channels. Amplifier which has Dolby Pro logic can convert 2 channels to 5.1 channels. Without this, you have to buy AV splitter to connect all 5 channels to your STB. This AV splitter can be found in majority of electronic stores.

buddy i am using creative inspire 4.1 home theater connected through my Tata Sky set top box.. there are two cables comes from creative woofer speaker which i connected on tata sky stb on left audio and right audio. other 4 speakers are connected on my creative woofer speaker....simple:thumbsup:
