i am not having connectivety for the third day in running the connectrion worked for 10 minutes, I want all other people to know that please do not subscribe to Spectra , You will be writing mails, making calls to get the connection to work continously but these people will not be bothered to resolve your issues, my biggest regret is going for Spectra Connection, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

@The_PC_Guy Yes this week has been crazy, since last Saturday or Sunday, every single day it was down for several hours. I was literally spammed by their mass outage notifications which was never ending

Last night also, it was down till around 3 am or so.

Yeah i haven't has internet this whole week today its much worse the connection was online for like 5 hours today

I've asked them for refund for the downtime over the past one week.

After 3 support tickets they did that automatically for me but I'd rather not have downtime than get refund for a downtime

I agree, personally I wasn't that affected cause I wasn't at home much during the week and the fall back to the Jio backup connection was enough for me whenever I was home.

But yeah, downtime sucks. Although I'm curious what went wrong with them this week, my ONT was always green so it wasn't a local fibre cut, looks like somewhere upstream. The clueless customer care people repeatedly kept saying fibre cut

Yeah it wasn't a local fiber cut for sure but I think it will probably get fixed in next two days because from yesterday ONT is red maybe they finally fixing everything and laying new cables just maybe

Oh it's still down for you? Mine has been stable since yesterday early morning 3 AM.

Connection back two hours ago looks good for now
