Spectra started blocking Google API servers

Okay so don't know when but couple of my google based services which contact google API servers have just stopped working.

Did a little digging and found out that Spectra's DNS servers are resolving the IP to its own servers.

 ping oauth2.googleapis.com
PING oauth2.googleapis.com (203.122.20.82) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 203.122.20.82.reverse.spectranet.in (203.122.20.82): icmp_seq=1 ttl=59 time=36.9 ms
64 bytes from 203.122.20.82.reverse.spectranet.in (203.122.20.82): icmp_seq=2 ttl=59 time=35.1 ms
64 bytes from 203.122.20.82.reverse.spectranet.in (203.122.20.82): icmp_seq=3 ttl=59 time=35.3 ms

And when I access http://oauth2.googleapis.com/token. Now I get

The website has been blocked as per order of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology under IT Act, 2000.

And as usual customer support doesn't understand what a DNS is.
and their tech team says its a issue from google's side and they've raised a issue to google !

Since just changing the nameservers on unraid isn't having any effect now I've to manually point the domain to the correct IP to get it working

interesting that spectra has their blocking ip address instead of relying on upstream blocking.

Spent over a hour talking to customer support and after several calls its finally fixed.
