Spectranet: Anyone used it?

I noticed a Spectranet poster in the cable guy's shop. So if anyone of you has used/experienced it, what are you opinions?
Is it any good?
Do they provide the specified speeds and are there any downtimes?
Their plans seem to be okay.

Hello ushpiy,
i am a Spectranet broadband user for over 4 year by now..
The service provided is Very much Satisfactory and I am Happy with the packages provided by them.
But the only thing that bothers is the Fair Usage Policy or the Fair Usage Policy, which has been implemented by most of the companies in recent.

Spectranet is a really good isp ... since they utilize fibre optic internet i have heard they have a very low downtime and good QOS.... so if possible get the wired connection

this is all trash.. the service is too bad that the customer care will also never come back, i have taken connection in July 2010 and yesterday Oct 24th the Customer care guy called me asking for how is it.. and FYI.. the internet has worked for not more than 20 mins from the day i purchased. i would have called the CC for more than 100 times till date.. no response.. pls be aware....
