Speed not upgraded even after repeated complaints

Which Exchange are you from? Mail them

Prabhadevi.... called them, they said they would do in two hours... but nothing as of now................
 
Finally speeds are upgraded to 1 mbps after 14 days :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Was your upload also upgraded to 1 mbps?
 
No, Uploads are capped at 512 kbps.before they downgraded my speed i was getting 1 mbps Upload speed as well.
 
Exactly same problem for me on 1mbps and download speed is 42kbps max have sent numerous complaintsExchange - Mira Road(E)
