Speed of download in Tata Indicom

Hellow Guys .

I have purchased tata indicom Infinity 384 Kbp plan.The download speed is only 42 kbps to 52 kbps even in night 1 am .
Do you have any clues regarding this ?

My download speed is 2 kbps in peak hour when people internet most and after 3 am it is 800 kbps, so what is the use of buying photon plus (worry plus) if i cannnot use when i require it? What is the use of speed at 3 am ? 9231253576?
