Speed on "256kbps upto 2Mbps" Limited plans?

Does it NEVER go below 2 Mbps?
actually it will never go above 2 mbps ! Thats why they say 256 kbps upto 2mbps, which means speeds will be ranging anything between these 2 limits.
But practically if ur line is good then u can expect an avg. speeds of 1.6-1.8 mbps most of time !

Ah cool thanks! Wish these plans were not LIMITED
My avg usage on my UNLIMITED 1 Mbps plan is around 8-10 GB per month, so I guess I'd be better off with the 2 Mbps speed since it catches good speed as you say, but the downside is that
it is LIMITED and any extra usage would shoot up the cost tremendously.
