This is true. Vi prepaid has 50 Mbps download & 15 Mbps upload cap.
Postpaid technically has no caps 120+ Mbps downloads & 50+ Mbps uploads (varies in every circle).
The figures I shared above are personally tested by me.
And it's true that both postpaid and prepaid will get same speeds if your speeds are below Prepaid 40/15 Cap. But if network is good then you'll obviously see postpaid ramping up higher in speeds than capped prepaid.
