Because Indian Govt only SPEAKS....
I reside in Bhubaneswar....A state's Capital....Still Internet connectivity situation is horrible here....
 
@dgtarun RailWire is more like an improvement in a lot of places where no other ISP was providing services. So, yeah, there is improvement in India.

RailWire's service quality is degrading though. xD

Its Modi who can only help with these ISPs and Internet. Its his duty to help his citizens if we all wants digitalization in each and every corner of India.
 
There are many hidden plans in RailWire which are not mentioned in the RailWire portal but will only be provided by the concerned LCO in your areas.
 
You need to personally build your rapport with your concerned LCOs in order to get these hidden plans.
