Speedtest shows actual speed? I get 2+ Mbps on Home Unlimited 750.

Does speedtest.dataone.in shows actual bandwidth and download speed ?I m asking because whenever I test it, it shows my bandwidth greater than 2 Mbps.Though I m using Home UL750 since 1 Jan. :S
