Sports channels not comming in Smart south

I have installed with Smart South 2190 offer. In this offer I have not received the STAR CRICKET, STAR SPORTS, ESPN and All the ZEE channels? is it correct? My friends are getting the same. (we all are buy at the same time and scheme)

I am on Smart South and getting the sports channels. Call you the person who installed your STB and check with him. I hope you have taken his phone number.

When did your Big TV installation take place? For me, they have initially enabled all the channels and then started disabling channels that I have not subscribed for.

I too am not getting sports channels and the reason for that is that the guy who came to install did not correctly redeem the Rs. 200 voucher. Therefore I was put on South Delight. Now getting it to change to South Premium has been a big headache. I have been complaining to them since September 18, and it is yet to be resolved.

So, if you still do not get the sports channels call up and find out if you are on South Premium or South Delight.
 
In this offer, zee tv channel is not offered u need to pay separately Rs 25 to get the same , but u should get Sony, star and the 3 sports channel under this scheme :thumbsup:
