Yup. Resilio Sync performs poorly on Excitel because it cannot make direct connectivity with other users. So I had to stop using it as well. Static IP would fix all of these issues.
One more reason, I have gamer friends who now dont want to get excitel because they cant host those 1 night LAN/Internet game parties . They need to have some ports open at public IP. Ports differ based on games. They cant "host" games parties/events. One of my friends backed out of getting excitel at the last minute when i told him about no public IPs.
There are *MANY* more reasons for the need for a public IP. I again want to differentiate between Public IP requirement vs Static IP.
@Excitel I got an idea. Excitel should host a public VPN Server to which only its own users can connect., then assign its users a static local IP like 10.x.x.x so that they can access their home servers/cams remotely.

I purchased Excitel exclusively to host my website's FTP server. I think I'm gonna be pressing charges in court against Excitel since they claim to be an ISP but they aren't. According to the law, it is clearly specified that an ISP must provide every user a unique IP address to qualify as a true internet provider.
