Static IP Port forwarding issue with Nokia G-2425G-A ONT

So I am stuck up with Airtel from last 5 days, no one connects for the static ip configuration and my internet is facing serious latency issues since the request was raised, in case I deny for the static ip, how I can get back good pings? Presently my IP is showing DNS connection at New Delhi and on Ookla auto connecting to NCR servers and giving ping of 20 ms or more while my location is Shimla and earier I used to get pings of 3/4 ms from Chandigarh/Mohali servers, any solutions? Airtel customer care is not understanding the issue and telling me that this is not an issue, it is automatically selected by Speedtest sites

Issue will get resolved in few days i guess. Same thing happened to me when bridge mode was enabled and after few days ping was back to normal.

After a long debug session and multiple ONT factory reset, Airtel backend team opened the port from there side. Not sure why they didn't do it from the beginning.

How did you communicated the problem with them? I am facing the same issue. Please guide me through the settings required in routers. Once i assure those i will contact airtel service. Their service person saying that feature is not available in that model. I have done settings required. But need to make sure i have done all settings. because some of the settings that you have shown above, i havent done. so need your help.
