Strange login problem

Today I couldn't login using the official Sify client. It gave me an authentication error [517] I called the customer care and they after asking me my ip address said that i would be able to login after 15 mins. I tried after 15 mins but couldn't login. And then I tried Easy Sify and was able to login successfully. Anyone know what's up? Do you think they might have blocked my ip address because of excessive downloading?

ok so it is fixed now.. i can login using the official client as well

i don't know.. the customer care fella didn't tell me... he just said that i would be able to login after 15 minutes.. and easy sify logged me in just fine.. maybe they did ban me for excessive downloading or something

Customer Care is not actually Care.Sify s*cks in that department.

Truly i dot know any department in sify which doesnt s*ck except looting people
