Strange Problem In MTNL

From past 2 days i m facing this problem when i m surfing on net suddenly the pages stop loading every time i click on any link it shows DONE one left bottom but nothing shows up.Then at that point when i ping my DNS it shows all the reply perfectly.Then i check my utorrent and its working fine downloading at the same speed without any hiccups.Then when i restart my modem everything gets perfect for some time.I dont know where the problem is please help and suggest me some solution.

have you tried switching over to opendns servers? 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
