Streaming Apps won't work on Android Tv over WiFi

I'm having this weird issue where Streaming Apps like Prime Video, Hotstar, SonyLiv is showing an Internet Connection Error when connected to the router over WiFi. Although YouTube and browser is working fine. It even shows "Connected" in the Tv Network Settings. But when I switch the network to Mobile Hotspot, all these apps work as usual. Now another strange thing is that all these apps work fine on Android and laptop when connected to Wifi. Seems like the issue is with the TV connecting to the router which is somehow only focused on streaming services.
I tried Resetting the Tv and Reinstalling the apps again and again. I have the Default Router given by BSNL. Some Brand name "Sharp Vision", so I'm pretty sure that I'm not getting any help from the Router brand or BSNL. I'm on the BSNL FTTH 100mbps plan. What should I do??

If you know the ONT login details then try these -
Change MTU Values in ONT ,1460 Recommended
Change DNS servers

Sounds like your internet connection is okay. It could be a problem with the apps on the TV. Is it a pure Android TV or an OEM TV with their own proprietary version of OS like Samsung or LG?

@pillaicha It's Pure Android Tv from Vu. Now, the Internet is not working at all and it shows, "No Internet" in the network settings. This is the case only in Tv. Internet is working fine on all other devices including Laptop and Mobile.

Try to plug in Ethernet cable and see if that works

Even if it works, I really need a Wifi Connection right now. My Tv is good feet away from the Router and I would need a long cable to get to Tv. Plus the Tv is wall mounted and the LAN port is not accesible from behind. (I tried reaching but there's not much space)

Have you tried turning the router off and on again?
