Suggest a mobile service for these requirements...PLS

I am residing in Maharashtra and I am currently using bsnl prepaid with 1ps/min (MAHA-MAGIC PLAN)calling to stay in touch with my friends. But i am not satisfied with its service. So i need to noe other plans of other operators with cheapest rates. Postpaid plans with addon card will also do. Also the messaging should be also cheapest. Would prefer on-net calling only(eg. bsnl to bsnl, airtel to airtel,etc).Thx in advance.:thumb:
