Suggest Data Card

Please suggest 3G Data Card with & without wifi.
Speed upto 3.1mbps is fine.
Don't want to spend much.

How is ZTE?

Will non-wifi data card be supported by Ubuntu?

Ubuntu should already support Huawei, check their forums for more details.
Personally I would not buy MMX or BSNL ones as I doubt the support you would get on OS other than windows.

Will the Huawei E303FH work on Win 8.1. I have read on the net that only a few 3G dongles support Win 8.1. Could anyone give me a list of 3G dongles which are confirmed to work on Win 8.1 with/without having to go through the hassle of getting drivers, etc?
