I have an old laptop i am trying to reuse for this but issue is, it has only 100mbps ethernet, and if i use ethernet to usb converter, it might not be reliable or it will die very soon if i run 24/7 and not stable as well
Brdr Nanopi R5S has a less capable CPU than NanoPi R4S, despite having 2 2.5G ports, while Nanopi R76S is powerful than NanoPi R4S and is the right device if you wish to use 2.5G ports to the fullest.
R5S and R4S, both have openwrt support while R76S still only has friendlywrt support as it launched recently.
