The Desire HD/Inspire 4G is available for 17.5k on eBay, check that out, if you're interested. A friend bought neo V for 16.5k-17k, here in Gurgaon (with bill and warranty).

If you don't mind without bill, the inspire 4g is seriously a better option for just 2k more.

I picked up SE Xperia Mini ST15i for under Rs. 11,000Screen size is 3.2". Apart from that the phone is surprisingly smooth for an Android device.

Mini is 3" & not 3.2" - Sony Walkman is 3.2"
