please suggest a good External TV Tuner HD with recording functionality......supporting windows 7
I used an external TV tuner but now its become useless since the government digitized everything be careful to buy one that actually works. I have used both both internal and external tv tuner from avermedia try looking into that brand or try local brands like iball.
