I am one of your customer.
I have requested for a new connection last Friday i.e on 10/10//2014. The time given for me for installation of connection was 48 hours but till now the connection is not given to me and when i asked the person to whom i paid the bill and told that earlier the services were fast but now they have become slow then he replied very reluctantly saying that it is not like earlier Beam has changed now you have to wait and blaw blaw... I don't think Beam connection criteria has changed but its only the Ameerpet location where this type of problem is occurring frequently.The name of the person is Mr .Ven...I don't really want to disclose the name... .Please try to solve my problem and give me the connection asap.
