I have a single router from Airtel. Wanted to check if I use a cable to connect TP-Link Deco to my existing Airtel router and then set it up with Deco in rooms with ethernet connection. I am not sure if Airtel router supports mesh network. Also wanted to check if I can setup with Ethernet as my other rooms have ethernet cables wired from the living room where the primary internet connection is coming in the house. I see Deco usually have two Ethernet ports so how can configure it to connect two ethernet cables from my rooms and one cable from Airtel router into the Deco router.

You can keep Deco in each room and connect it's one wan port directly to Airtel router.

You can also connect them to each other via ethernet if that's available but if not possible connecting via Airtel router only should fix your low coverage problem, they should be able to connect to each other as all devices will be on same LAN.

Just make sure deco is not setup in router mode.

P.S. airtel routers are usually shitty and locked if you need advance settings, get your own. But completely optional.
