Intel Pentium Dual Core
2/4 GB RAM
DVD RW Optical drive
Wi-Fi
Webcam (Optional)
Usage - Basic Autocad drawing(2D only) and show it to clients
MS Office
Browsing

Upgrading ram doesn't void warranty. I did it many times & have given for service for other issues after that. You may cross check it with the cc of the manufacturer if you have doubt.
But i would still suggest you to go with 4 GB pre-installed
