suggestions for broadband service in thane

I am looking for new connections. I have tried contacting jio but they are not available at my place( they were asking me to get jio airfiber instead), Airtel is also not available at my place ( They are saying that they need 1 month to install something in my building).

Can anyone please provide any suggestions?
What do you think of mach1 broadband and 1 & 1 broadband( seems like they are now One broadband?)

Using Mach1 on and off for ~5 years now. Had Mach1 previously, but they did not upgrade their system to fibre so I shifted to Airtel. Used Airtel for 2 years, but now Airtel has gone to the dogs too.
Mach1 has plans that are very VFM, but their network does sometimes go down, so be warned. I am currently back on Mach1, and have not faced any uptime issues for the past 3 months.
Do note though that the connection will be behind CGNAT and the latency is sometimes outrageous. Currently I am seeing close to 230ms latency increase under load, which does impact VoIP and what not.

No experience with One broadband, so can't comment.

@digitalwizard I'm from Ulhasnagar and using OneBroadband since March 23, it is pretty reliable but do note they only provide the bandwidth.
Services will depend on Local Operator how quickly they solve issues and overall experience. I did face issues utilizing their 300Mbps plan, download speeds fluctuated between 100-250Mbps whereas uploads were always 250Mbps+ and nobody could understand why (Even their NOC connected with me over anydesk) but nonetheless i downgraded to 50Mbps plan and DL Speeds are 45Mbps+ and UL 55Mbps+ all times.

The ping is good, Maintenance is informed via sms, pppoe sessions are for 48Hrs, torrenting and gaming works fine, ipv6 works.
