Suggestions please: ISP in Bandra W (Mumbai), LAN, no login client

Hi, I currently have Sify Broadband which gives me decent speed but way too much downtime and terrible response time to my calls. Furthermore, I just got a new iPhone which isnt capable of "logging-in" to Sify everytime I want to surf. Sure, I can log-in on my computer and then surf from the iPhone but that defeats the whole purpose. I've got two wi-fi routers in the apartment, connected to a switch on the terrace. So in short, I need a broadband ISP that gives me decent speed (ideally 512 kb/s or 256 kb/s, but 128kb/s will do) and does not require you to log-in everytime you want to go online. And all the other usual things that we expect from our ISPs (but never really get).
 
MTNL is tah best :cool:
 
Does MTNL provide you with a LAN/ethernet cable? I thought it was DSL. And I'd have to get a phone line too?
