I feel if too many people, mail CCO of Tata Sky, then there is a high chance of not getting a response. Aju Ravi has a nice rapport with CCO. IMO we should talk to TataSky through Aju Ravi.

Plz visit the tdsat website.In that daily cause list Tata Sky vs suntv
case is still there.It is written as directions on 5-9-2007.What is going on
between sun and TS?.:O

so atlast TDSAT has taken a step forward now and is going to give DIRECTIONS now .. previously it was only for Hearing:hysterical:

I think tsky has to imporve quite bit on the customer care front. Becos these guys sitting at CC dont know things that even we know. They have standard reply for all questions
