Sun Direct DTH: E-30 & E-16 message come from last two days

from Last Sunday onwards all paid channels are blocked and "E-30 currenty channels are scrambled" is display on my screen, I talk to my local SD people, and they reset my STB, but problem is still their. and we all know about CC every time even late night & early morning alway lines are busy. SHAME OF SD, I THINK AFTER FREE PACKAGE I GO TO Tata Sky
 
Same with me also for the past 3 days. My subscription is upto may 2009
 
Solution : Switch on the the STB with one of these channels SUN , UDAYA , Kiran.

May be looks funny , but it works.

I have been trying to solve the same problem for more than six hours via phone. Busy, busy, busy always busy.

Finally at 12:15 midnight I heard a hello sound after waiting on tel. line for about 15+ minutes ?! yes, I was on hold for more than 15 minutes listening to that lousy song (what language is that..., Instead they could feed Sun Music Audio) .

After the usual questions like what's your name, place bla, bla.. He took my smart card number.

(When they key in our STB number or smart card number, they get our details on screen. Then why the hell they ask our name , place etc, before asking our problem.)

He said the systems are getting upgraded that's the reason for this problem. Then he said that it will get activated in 15 Min., Thank GOD, finally after half an hour we could see the paid channel at around 1 am.

Just bcoause of their problem/mistake the subscriber has to spend about Rs.20+ for phone sacrifising his sleep. (15 Mints on hold and 5+ Mints to explain the fault). I think they have their Toll free number just for the name sake with very few lines.

And mostly this problem occurs every moth around 15th.

Tried switching on with Sun channel on starting. It did not work for me.

uodate: send a message online through sun direct web site. It worked. Now channels are unlocked.
