Sun Direct DTH message: "Please Install Channel"?

Dear guys,I am a customer of Sun Direct DTH and it started showing the message "Please Install Channel" when I Switch On the set. It started showing, once we got a power failure after Voltage fluctuation.It sense the way like the set-top-box has been RESET back to their Factory settings. I dont know how to add channels, transponders and satellite things.I did an AUTO SCAN, but failed.Kindly help someone or advice the Address of SUN DIRECT SERVICE CENTER here on NEW DELHI.Many thanks in advance.
 
 
Dear Sam, Many thanks for writing me back with CONTACT page.But It was Customer Care form and I don't think there is a hope in it. And I am sure it will take another 14 days to even get a reply. Do you know any Service Center in Delhi, so that I can bring my set top box with me?
