i am not getting themI did the auto scan but no luck.The sun direct website has listed the channels in the packages butyet to add them ..we should wait for sometime.

Do a 'Restore factory defaults' in the menu, passwd 0000. This will give you a fresh list of channels

Thanks for the tip.After the factory reset,I got BBC World in 567ET Now in 562Nepal 1 ( scrambled) in 693 not in 969There is no channel as 970 and 971.Also the quality of all these channels are average in video and audio quality.Comparing BBC World and DW German channel in qualityDW is Wide screen, stereo and sharp in quality whereas BBC World is 4:3, mono and average video quality.

Hi, Murali Present These Channels availabel on 969 Nepal1,970 BBC World,971 ET Now............Not get these channel numbers Remove ur smartcard and again insert. Then Search channels................ For Telugu costumers some telugu channels Coming very shortly.Present working this ...........(SD Costumer care told)
