Sun Direct DTH Online Recharge Mercury+ Addon Issue

Hi,Had recharged online yesterday and purchased the Mercury+ and Star Cricket addon's.HBO, Star Movies and NGC in Mercury+ are fine, where as Zee Studio, Sony Pix and Animal Planet still show scrambled.Any thoughts ? No luck with customer care yet ...Thanks,Madhan

Hi Purchasing the add on in online has some error if u have purchased Mercury +, then u will be activated on Mercury which has only HBO, S Pix n Star Movies... just check how much has been charged for ur add on it should be Rs. 50....

No, Rs.70/- has been deducted and it shows as Mercury+ 'New Mercury Plus Addon Package Monthly Renewal'. If it's Mercury, then I should be able to watch Sony Pix, which I cannot and am able to watch NGC, which is not part of Mercury, but only Mercury+

HiThen just ask to refresh ur account, just send the mail to nodal officer, there is no use of trying with the CC....

There is no issue...Just a minute back I recharged my balance over internet and activated new mercury plus ( Rs70) and was available within a minute...and all the channels listed in the package are available..

Hey Pmadhan,i had the same problem,I subscribed for Mercury Plus,and i got activated for 3 channels only.HBO,StarMovies,NGC.I sent an email to nodal officer and a lady called me,i told that 3 channels are still scrambled.And she told that she will activate now and told me to check whether the channel is coming.And immediately the channels are working.I told her that the channels are working,i checked the other two channels also,and everything is fine.And she told that ok sir thankyou and kept the phone.So you also try to send an email to nodal officer instead of calling CC.:thumbsup:

I am very much disturbed by the way activation works for same package for different people in different ways...looks like it is by chance it has worked in the right way for me..and the server is dead slow taking more then 5 minutes for every screen to appear...while the activation was less then 1 minute,the whole process of recharge and add on took several minutes...I am totally nervous about the way SD website is working and mess happening in activation .
Instead of wasting time and money on HD,SD can better concentrate to make these basic activities foolproof and faster.

Same issue, I hav activated New Mercury Plus and only HBO, *movies, PIX got activated :huh: NGC, APlanet and Zstudio not activated wat shud i do?

i also faced same problem... i complained with cc....first the told to reset to factory default settings...But problem continued...Another time also i contacted ,they registered a complaint and gave a docket number..They told they referred this problem to mumbai office...Next day i got the channels...so u also try with customer care.....
