Sun TV,KTV,Sun Music and Sun News Missing

Hi, I subscribed to Sun Packages with Dish Freedom Tamil/Malayalam .For the past 1 week i am getting Scrambled Channel on Sun Tv,K TV ,Sun Music and Sun News and it's specific to some STB Only.I called CC and they said it's specific to some STBs and their Technical People are resolving the issues. Really frustataing they are taking already one week since there is no hope.Anyone facing this issues.All Other Sun Channels are working fine.RegVasanth

since u are freedom package ....this might be one more tactic to switch to maxi package .. stb is same for all users but the signal that they encript for the an individual vc is different.. we have not experienced this since its maxi package... its my point of view .......

Hi, Thanks for your reply.If it's not going to rectify i'll not going to worry.The best thing will do is I am not going to renew my subscription.Also,the only purpose i renewed id to watch Sun Channels not for the Junk Raj Channels. Also,i am not going to affect like upgraded users to view Free Channels as my STB 1025s is not upgraded at all.RegVasanth
