Yes and so is Flash but they some how managed to do a crossover. Next season, Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, and Supergirl will join forces in an annual crossover event. I believe it will air sometime during the November-December sweeps.

DC is going to have multiple actors playing the same character in their universe it seems.
