Switching from BSNL Broadband to Airtel Broadband

why don't you use 1500 or 198 service and register a complaint from bsnl mobile/landline. if they close the complain by evening , open new docket number....
 
Lol I have already done that, and the ticket is not closed till now which was opened on September 12th. We can't book a complaint again unless the old one is closed
 
If you do not have internet for 10 days in a row, you are eligible for concession in bill.
 
Write an application to SDE of your area.
 


i don't think the phone at my place gets any incoming calls in a month. why would someone call a landline when they have the mobile number? with landline there are no guarantees if the person on the other side is at home or not. :\
 
i was talking about the requirement that you need to get 15 minutes of incoming call per week to get the free calls on airtel.
i would probably not fulfill that requirement.
